Our Farm Stand located at 462 Noxon Rd in Poughkeepsie is open Year-Round so you can enjoy our famous apple cider donuts, delicious pastries, tasty treats, farm-fresh products as well as fresh produce, eggs, meat, dairy, and unique jarred products that will satisfy any palate throughout the year.

One of the best things about “The Apple Core” is that it is open year-round. This means that you can enjoy our famous apple cider donuts, delicious pastries, tasty treats, and farm-fresh products throughout the year.
However, we do more than make desserts and sweets. We have fresh produce, eggs, meat, dairy, and unique jarred products that will satisfy any palate.
We also take special orders, so if you have a party or need a particular dessert give a call. We are happy to help!
